About Bryan CaponeI’m a Philly guy, in and out. I know the good, the bad and everything in between about this city. More importantly, I’m not afraid to share it. Ask me a question and you’re always going to get an honest answer.
My dad is from South Philly and my mom is from the Northeast. I was born and raised with my older sister in the Bustleton section of the far Northeast. I’m proud to say that I’m a product of the School District of Philadelphia. I attended Greenberg Elementary School and graduated from George Washington High School in 1998. In 2002, I graduated from Penn State University in State College, PA with a B.S. in Marketing and International Business.
I became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and started selling real estate part-time to compliment my desire to grow a personal real estate investment portfolio. Frustrated with my full-time job in corporate America and seeing the increasingly positive results of a part-time real estate career, I made the leap to full-time Realtor in 2008. I transitioned to the Society Hill office of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Fox & Roach Realtors and haven’t looked back.
Today, I have my broker’s license and I manage a team of Realtors on The Capone For Your Home Team. We consider ourselves not only Center City specialists but more importantly, Philadelphia Ambassadors. Name a neighborhood or area and we’ll tell you what’s happening there. Whether it’s recent home sales or values, neighborhood characteristics, school options or a new restaurant, ask us and we’ll definitely have the pulse.
I currently live in Bala Cynwyd with my wife Denise, step-daughter Gianna, son Francesco and our rescued pit bull mix, Bella. I’m always available to chat about Philly or to answer your questions about Center City real estate. Thank you for trusting Capone For Your Home!
