Since 2005, I have been a Realtor specializing in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhoods. My business is a mix of buyer and seller representation as well as single-family home and condo sales. I also assist landlords, tenants and investors searching for development projects or buy/hold assets. My mission is to provide data-driven and experiential-based advice while never wavering from my commitment to customer service and ethical business practices.
I’m a Philly guy, in and out. My dad is from South Philly and my mom is from the Northeast. I was born and raised with my older sister in the Bustleton section of the far Northeast. I’m proud to say that I’m a product of the School District of Philadelphia. I attended Greenberg Elementary School and graduated from George Washington High School in 1998. In 2002, I graduated from Penn State University in State College, PA with a B.S. in Marketing and International Business. I became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and started selling real estate part-time to compliment my desire to grow a personal real estate investment portfolio. Frustrated with my full-time job in corporate America and seeing the increasingly positive results of a part-time real estate career, I made the leap to full-time Realtor in 2008. I spent over a decade with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services before transitioning to Keller Williams in 2019. As a licensed broker, I consider myself not only a Center City specialist but a Philadelphia ambassador. Whether it’s recent home sales or values, neighborhood characteristics, school options or a new restaurant, ask me and I’ll definitely have the pulse.
I currently live in Bala Cynwyd with my wife Denise, daughters Gianna & Madeleine, son Francesco and our dog Bella. Real estate only comes second to spending as much time as possible with my wonderful family. I’m always available to chat about Philly or to answer your questions about Center City real estate. Thank you for trusting Capone For Your Home!
